The enquiry and calculator-report forms prepare a message and open WhatsApp for your review. The website does not send the message until you choose to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp and your device process any message or file you choose to send under their own terms and privacy policies.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand sourcing or import requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples or orders, provide support and maintain necessary business records.
Website enquiry details may be stored securely with a submission time and internal follow-up status. Marketing messages are not enabled by submitting a service enquiry; any future promotional communication requires a separate optional consent.
