1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about sourcing, private-label development, shipping coordination and Nepal import-support services. Website content is not a binding quotation, contract, customs ruling or professional legal, tax or regulatory advice.
2. Service agreements
Scope, fees, payment terms, delivery expectations, responsibilities and cancellation terms are confirmed separately for each accepted project. Sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement.
3. Quotations and product information
Prices, availability, production time, freight, exchange rates, taxes and specifications may change until confirmed in writing. Buyers are responsible for approving samples, specifications, quantities, labels and commercial terms before production or purchase.
4. Supplier and project management
Lumbini may manage supplier communication and commercial coordination as part of its service. Supplier identities and direct supplier contact details are not automatically included unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Shipping and customs
Transport, insurance, customs declaration and regulated services are performed by the relevant licensed or authorized providers. Importers remain responsible for destination-country compliance, permits, product restrictions and final customs obligations.
6. Intellectual property
The Lumbini name, logo, website design and original content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website or our business.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumbini is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or third-party links. Project-specific responsibility is governed by the written agreement for that project.
